The sky is not falling, we need our State ECS full funding now. We are owed over $30,000,000 from the State of CT. You are right, West Hartford is going through some changes in demographics, our schools will be 50% minority in 5 years among other changes. If the State of CT does not give us what is ours now, what will the taxes or schools look like in 5years?</description>
