Unfortunately it has not sold yet. The building is actually 4 condos, 1 of which is for sale. I wrote about it here....http://www.amybergquist.com/blog/2008/02/28/condo-for-sale-782-asylum-avenue-in-hartford/

Know anyone looking for a condo near Downtown? :)

Housing stock near Downtown is mostly condos. Right now, in all of Hartford, there are 105 condos actively for sale and 28 condos under contract to close. Last year between the first of the year and April 25, 54 condos closed. This year between the first of the year and today, April 25, 24 condos closed. So sales on condos in Hartford are down 55% when compared to the same timeframe last year.

Also, based on average closings of condos for the last 3 months, there is 16.7 months of inventory on the market for Hartford condos.

Neither of these statistics warms the heart. :(

I noticed a beautiful Victorian for sale on Asylum near the Hartford with your name on it. Has that sold? Are downtown properties difficult to sell? Why?
