		<description>The bad news is that people with well-paying, stable jobs will move back into the city, gentrifying working-class neighborhoods to the point that those with lower wages will be the ones attempting to commute from longer distances. Expanding public transportation seems like the best option, although even that won't help people who commute, say, from Tolland to Hartford.</description>
