My boyfriend and I moved to "the Hill" almost three years ago and love it! We both are able to walk to work, I walk the dog all over the neighborhood and love the varied architecture, diverse population, and dense urban feel. It is also, as you pointed out, an incredibly convenient location. When you consider how totally affordable it is, I am surprised that so few real estate agents steer their buyers into the neighborhood. We were able to buy a huge apartment on the top floor of the Regency Towers, with just amazing views, for a very reasonable price. I have found the overall quality of life higher here than what we had in the West End and it is a more interesting neighborhood. Thanks for giving us a good review!
