		<description>This is great.  Amy showed this house to Val and me; it&#039;s fabulous but was too much &quot;project&quot; for us (and our bank account).  I&#039;m excited to watch this unfold, especially knowing what the Winkleys have done for other West End homes.  Now, if they would only buy the vacant one across the street from us!</description>
