		<description>Sellers should be maintaining their home (and yard) up through the closing.  I would think it&#039;s a reasonable request that massive amounts of poo be removed as part of the yard maintenance.  :)</description>

We had a fairly normal request sheet (the only one that with any &quot;teeth&quot; was to fix the garage door opener) but I did ask a couple times for the sellers to pick up all the dog waste in the backyard. 

There was a TON of it (most was buried under the snowpack during the negotiation).  They did, but I know they hated me for requesting it. 

Was that so wrong?</description>
