We had a fairly normal request sheet (the only one that with any "teeth" was to fix the garage door opener) but I did ask a couple times for the sellers to pick up all the dog waste in the backyard. There was a TON of it (most was buried under the snowpack during the negotiation). They did, but I know they hated me for requesting it. Was that so wrong? Now you’re making me feel guilty!
