I know a few people in this building so I need to chime in. The pool is fantastic. In the summer, you can be back there with this lawn, pool, and pavilion, and have absolutely no idea where you are– so quiet. And the security is a real thing — any time I’ve gone I’ve had to sign in. I know some places call themselves secure because they have a few cameras that they’ll look at later if something happens, but Woodland House actually feels monitored.
Also, the association is well managed and the financials are in great shape! This past year we installed new hallway carpeting and put fresh paint on hallway walls. This year we’re replacing the chiller/cooling towers with a more efficient unit.
