There were 846 deals in the CTMLS, which was about 3% below last year&#8217;s total. Despite the July result, on a year-to-date basis 2016 is nearly 13% ahead of 2015&#8217;s sales pace.<\/p>\n<p>Summer apparently came early to the local real estate markets this year, and that&#8217;s just fine since it&#8217;s been a very strong year so far.
