Four of my buyer clients wrote contracts on properties. Two were accepted, one is still pending, and another was rejected. Again I was involved in more multiple offer situations. Each of the situations had 3 buyers that wrote offers. Eh. They seem never ending this year for some reason. Next week I’ll write a series of posts about multiple offer situations and how they can be handled, from both the buyer and seller perspectives.

I also signed up two new listings that will be available after the April school vacation week and interviewed for three other opportunities. You’ll see lots of properties becoming available after we get past the April vacation week, as that’s the most popular time to sell given the weather and ability to move once school has finished up for the year.

It’s good to be busy and see things happening in the market. This weekend will be quiet for work because of the religious holidays and people leaving for warmer destinations. I’ll be spending some time on my own real estate doing some interior painting and spring yard work. Have an enjoyable weekend!

It was a busy time in my little world this week. Four of my buyer clients wrote contracts on properties.
