A representative for <a href=\"http:\/\/barbaracorcoran.com\/\">Barbara Corcoran<\/a>, the real estate contributor on <a href=\"http:\/\/today.msnbc.msn.com\/\">NBC&#8217;s TODAY Show<\/a>, said that they would like to feature one of our listings on this week&#8217;s Friday segment of &#8220;What You Can Get For&#8230;&#8221;  They would be profiling the $400,000-$450,000 price range for homes around the country that they thought were an excellent value and wanted to include our listing at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amybergquist.com\/blog\/2010\/08\/12\/210-terry-road-hartfords-west-end\/\">210 Terry Road in Hartford.<\/a>   What a great marketing opportunity for our homeowners!<\/p>\n<p>But we needed to get their permission to participate first, of course.  After a quick conversation with them about what it would entail, they happily agreed realizing it was nice additional exposure for their home.<\/p>\n<p>I sent off some high resolution photos, verbiage about the home and neighborhood and fun facts about Hartford.
