What will it be?  How will the community respond?  Will it be compelling enough to draw us in as regular shoppers?<\/p>\n<p>Even though it seems like forever, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amybergquist.com\/blog\/2012\/02\/20\/news-from-west-hartford\/\">the official announcement was made less than a year ago<\/a>.  The whole shopping plaza has seen a considerable amount of investment in that time.  The current estimate is for Walmart to <a href=\"http:\/\/westhartford.patch.com\/articles\/walmart-neighborhood-market-hiring-preparing-for-bishops-corner-opening\">open in late February<\/a>, though it still looks like they have a ways to go as the interior appeared mostly empty.
