Last year the spring market momentum carried through August with only a modest fall off in monthly deal totals.  This year June is the clear beginning of summer, and it will be interesting to see how the months progress.  <\/p>\n<p>We have noticed that new listings that would have attracted considerable interest and attention in the spring are more likely to sit on the market waiting for a buyer.
