Buying the Home
Once you decide on a home, we begin the transaction, which starts with
negotiating a price.

3. Inspection contingency
4. Second deposit (typically 5% - 10% of purchase price)
5. Appraisal
6. Satisfaction of mortgage contingency
7. Final walkthrough
8. Closing
