Amy and Kyle Bergquist are real estate veterans with more than a decade of full-time residential real estate experience. They advise buyers and sellers of single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family properties in Greater Hartford. Amy & Kyle typically advise on a combined 50 – 60 transactions per year.
Their education and corporate experience make them very different from the typical agent.
Amy and Kyle know what it takes to be successful in the business world, and bring that level of effort and expertise to real estate. They enjoy working with clients who expect a level of service and professionalism on par with an accountant, financial advisor, or other senior business professional. Real estate isn’t a hobby – it’s their craft and their passion.

They are partners, and co-market all their listings, but also have their own individual personalities.
Amy means business, building on her extensive education and experience. She was the top student in the Operations Management program at the University of Massachusetts, and was selected by her peers to be a member of the prestigious Raven Society while earning her MBA at the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Amy had successful corporate roles as a project manager implementing technology products prior to graduate school, and in a variety of manufacturing management roles at Pratt & Whitney before launching the real estate business.
Kyle simplifies complexity, building on his experience bridging data and clients. He began his career with a security software firm, where he managed the quality assurance team and advised customers on their product integrations. After business school, he analyzed hedge funds and other private investment opportunities at a boutique financial advisory firm and presented the opportunities to portfolio managers and clients. He has always been one of the few involved in the technical details who could successfully explain the key points to the layman. Kyle earned a Master’s Degree in Physics from Wake Forest, an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Amy and Kyle are both very active individuals. Amy enjoys CrossFit and and doing just about anything outside. Kyle cycles recreationally and studies tae kwon do, where he is a second degree black belt.
They are also engaged members of the community. Amy is a member of the Connecticut Real Estate Commission, and Kyle is the President of the West End Civic Association.
