Also, an update on Penn. The owners were leaving for a trip right when the house was listed, that’s why the tree pruning wasn’t done prior to putting it on the market. When they returned it was done and made a big difference. However, the house had already gone under contract, even with a little bit of overgrowth!
But yes, in most cases I try to get the house as perfect as possible (within reason) before listing. But people’s lives are taken in to account too. It’s a delicate balance.
