Tomorrow I’ll give a summary of how the market is doing West of the River. It’s really not that bad, surprisingly positive in fact.

   We should do an over/under bet on whether 50 Cent gets his 18.5 mil

   Yeah, I took him out of the Avg List Price data because he was skewing the value by $100K.

   My guess, without actually seeing the house, is that it will sell for below $10mil. So I’ll take the under.
