Why Are They Moving?

Here’s why the sellers are moving…

1. They are getting married, or

2. They are getting divorced, or

3. They were re-married and one of the spouses wants a new house to make their own, or

4. They have outgrown their house, or

5. They are downsizing, or

6. They want to lessen commute time to work, or

7. They are moving far away for work, or

8. They want a different school district, or

9. They want lower taxes, or

10. They can no longer afford their home, or

11. They found a better home, or

12. They hate their neighbors, or

13. They want a pet and their homeowner’s association won’t allow them, or

14. They are perpetual movers climbing the house ladder, or

15. They decided it’s cheaper to move than remodel, or

16. They want a different floor plan, or

17. They decided to move somewhere warmer, or

18. They no longer want to be landlords, or

19. They want to be closer to family members, or

20. They want to be further away from family members, or

21. They think the house is haunted, or

22. They had a spouse pass away, or

23. They passed away.

And that is why they are moving. Now, can we write the offer based on comparable sales and what’s currently on the market? 🙂
