It’s just sitting there, right outside the window and in a place where I can see it as I wash dishes. Since we don’t make a habit of leaving crackers around, it must have been one of the squirrels who put it there. November Contracts: A Gradual Winter Slowdown

November contracts came in at 482 deals for the month, which shows a reasonable and normal decline as we head into the colder months and the holiday season. This enterprising homeowner installed a putting green in their yard. It’s in good condition and appeared to have three holes cut when I was touring the neighboring house with some buyers. Putting greens are not a very common feature that we see advertised – I wonder if it would be a positive or a negative for a home’s value?
