This enterprising homeowner installed a putting green in their yard. It’s in good condition and appeared to have three holes cut when I was touring the neighboring house with some buyers. Putting greens are not a very common feature that we see advertised – I wonder if it would be a positive or a negative for a home’s value?
The other day I showed a home that had 1.1.2 bathrooms. Most buyers are familiar with the notation of a home having 1.1 bathrooms; it means that there is one full bath and one half bath. But this property had not only the 1.1 baths, but also a little something extra – a 2 seat outhouse!

Hartford Winterfest features free public ice skating on a new and larger outdoor rink in Downtown Hartford’s Bushnell Park.
