We like to show lots of pictures of the houses we’re trying to sell. Usually they’re geared towards selling the home – showing off the inside and outside of the property. Here’s one from a different perspective, mine as the real estate agent. I took this after I finished setting up for a Sunday open house.

My advice to buyers is always: If you’re a serious buyer and interested in a house, put in an offer. If you don’t think the house is worth the asking price, offer something lower. Gather ’round everyone, it’s once again time to “Celebrate! West Hartford.” This year’s festival marks the 25th anniversary of the event and will be held on June 11th and 12th, 2011 on the Town Hall property in the Center.
